We understand that this may be an unsettling time and want to provide an update on the actions Wayfarer is taking to ensure the health and well-being of our employees and their families, as well as you, our customers.
We have a strong business continuity plan in place and we are here for you.
While our Wayfarer offices remain open to continue serving our customers, we’ve made the decision to restrict walk-in visits for the foreseeable future. You are still able call in and you can also access your account from home 24/7 using our Kiosk tool for your day-to-day insurance needs, such as retrieving your policy documents, accessing your ePinkSlip, reporting a claim, and even making a payment all in one place. If you have not yet used our Kiosk tool, you just need your email address to access your account; it’s that simple.
We’re actively monitoring the situation and will continue to take direction from public health authorities.
As we look ahead, we will continue to monitor developments in this global health situation, and will share more updates as we have them. We remain confident in the actions we’ve already taken, and our plans to safeguard the health of our customers and our Wayfarer team.
